By accessing and using ChinaHospital platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChinaHospital.
Description of Service
ChinaHospital is an information and referral platform that provides medical tourism information, hospital directories, and appointment booking assistance for patients seeking healthcare services in China. We connect patients with healthcare providers but do not directly provide medical services. Our Service includes: access to hospital information and directories, appointment booking assistance, visa guidance and travel information, and educational content about medical tourism in China.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with ChinaHospital. If you are accessing this Service on behalf of a patient, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on their behalf and accept these Terms on their behalf.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments or communicating with healthcare providers, (b) respect the privacy and rights of healthcare providers and other users, (c) use the Service only for lawful purposes, (d) not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service, (e) not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, (f) not use the Service to transmit viruses or other malicious code, (g) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose, (b) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation, (c) provide false or misleading information about medical conditions or needs, (d) harass, abuse, or threaten healthcare providers or other users, (e) post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive, (f) attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any portion of the Service, (g) use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
Medical Services
Important: ChinaHospital is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by independent third-party hospitals and healthcare professionals. Any medical consultation, treatment, or services you receive are solely between you and the healthcare provider. ChinaHospital is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided or treatment outcomes. Medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
Booking and Appointments
Appointment booking requests submitted through our platform are forwarded to the relevant healthcare provider. Confirmation of appointments is subject to availability and approval by the healthcare provider. ChinaHospital does not guarantee appointment availability or timing. Cancellation or rescheduling policies are determined by individual healthcare providers and may incur fees. You should confirm these policies directly with the healthcare provider.
Fees and Payments
ChinaHospital does not charge users for using our basic information and referral services. However, healthcare providers may charge fees for their medical services. Any fees for medical services, consultations, or treatments are payable directly to the healthcare provider according to their payment policies. We are not responsible for disputes over fees between users and healthcare providers. Some premium services or features may require payment, which will be clearly disclosed before use.
User Content
By submitting content to our Service (including reviews, feedback, or communications), you grant ChinaHospital a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChinaHospital and its licensors. Healthcare provider information is used with permission from respective providers.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party websites or resources. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party, and we are not responsible or liable for such interactions.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHINAHOSPITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
