We are not a hospital, clinic, licensed medical provider, insurance broker, or official representative of any hospital. We do not provide diagnosis, medical advice, emergency assistance, or treatment recommendations.

Our work focuses on non-clinical support: helping users compare publicly available hospital information, understand possible appointment routes, prepare questions, and plan next steps before contacting hospitals in China.

The site currently operates as a lean online project. For paid coordination requests, support is handled case by case and depends on hospital availability, response times, language support, and the user's travel and visa eligibility.
