Mental Health

Patience with recovery, manage expectations, seek support if needed

Warning Signs

Contact Doctor Immediately If:

  • Fever above 38°C (100.4°F)
  • Severe pain not controlled by medication
  • Excessive bleeding or discharge
  • Signs of infection (redness, swelling, heat)
  • Difficulty breathing or chest pain
  • Numbness or weakness in limbs

Return to Normal Activities

Week 2-4: Light Activity

Short walks, light household tasks, no heavy lifting

Week 4-8: Moderate Activity

Return to work (if desk job), longer walks, light exercise

Week 8-12: Normal Activity

Full work duties, regular exercise, driving, travel (with approval)
